Vernal Balance: Katonah Yoga® + Spring Equinox Ritual
Celebrate the Spring Equinox—a moment of balance between light and dark—as an opportunity for renewal and spring cleaning of your inner world. This 3-hour workshop with Adam Brous weaves Katonah Yoga®, seasonal philosophy, Number Magic, and Spring Ritucharya to clear space and restore symmetry. Props and community hands-on accommodations will be used. Please bring a journal and pen.

This 50 Hour Yin & Restorative Yoga Teacher Training focuses on hands-on, anatomical, structural, and energetic based practices for restoration of the body mind. Blending Buddhist Concepts with the Eight Limbs of Yoga, we’ll venture through a journey of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Five Element Theory.

Flow State Sequencing is a 75-hour advanced immersion within Hineni Yoga School’s 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. This module is designed for yoga teachers only who are ready to refine their craft, deepen their somatic intelligence, and design intelligent, embodied, and inspired vinyasa experiences.
Set within the living classroom of Green Mountain Falls, this immersive week invites you to step out of your routine, integrate into a mountain community, and explore sequencing as an art form—where movement, breath, environment, and intention converge.
This training is certified by Yoga Alliance (toward RYT 500) and the American Yoga Council (toward Level 2 Certification). The 75-hour module may be taken independently or applied toward completion of the full Hineni Yoga School 300 Hour pathway.
